In addition to this you'll need a bottle jack, the bigger tonnage the better, and a length of pipe about 3 - 4 feet long that can slip over the handle. If you have a mounted tire for a spare this is all you'll need not forgetting a lever to lift the tire onto the hub. If you have a loose tire you will also need another tire lever, a bead axe, some tire lube, valve core tool, possibly a blaster. It would probably be easier to have a mounted spare.

BTW: You don't really need a huge expensive torque wrench if all your trying to do is get yourself off the side of the road. Get the tire on, tighten the lugs good, head to a truck stop, and borrow one for a few minutes if need be. I have done this before. I always offer to show my drivers license and give em a few bucks for borrowing any tools.
