RE: WATER IN FUEL
I would be finding other places to fuel, as that is over the top! Look for pumps with water separators on the hoses. I have always had issues down South at the high volume truck stops, like Flying J and Pilot in regards to water in the fuel. TA not so much, but if it is a busy one, I try to avoid for fueling. When I do go down South, I try to find the mom and pops, the fuel is normally better quality and the prices are cheaper. These are the fuel stops that the locals use in most cases, at least from my experiences.

I use the Fuelbook ap on my iPhone to find these hidden little gems. the ap will give you live pricing too, which is why I really like it and it is my go to ap if I am in need of fuel in areas I do not travel in. It is great for finding parking too.

You can find the ap here, and would recommend it to everyone wanting to save money on fuel. It is available for Android.
