2009 KW T660--ISX Cummin fault codes 2637

This is a remanned ISX motor with 345,000 miles on it

The regen switch in the dash will not allow for a regen unless the engine thinks it needs one. we tried manual regen and it refused

What DPF filter light comes on? that it needs to regen but it won't go into manual regen

What are the other codes comming up with the face-plug alarm? code 2637 comes up and that shows it is Catalyst face plugged-root unknown
also code 3251 and 3936

has anyone actually pulled off the DPF and DOC and inspected them to see if they are indeed face plugged again?not since it was done on April 25th, 2016 when we had it cleaned -they said it was not very dirty at all. when they weighed it the weight was at 1.5 and when they put it back in it was at 0.5

How many miles are on the truck, and does it consume any oil or coolant? truck is 1,276,093 miles--remanned motor is 345,000. no on oil -lose about 1/2 gallon every 3 to 4 months of coolant.
