SPN 5394 FMI 5 - ISX15 CM2250 Volvo

Hello everyone
I have a dpf issue which keeps throwing a code SPN 5394 FMI 5. That code states that the power going to the Doser has an open circuit or low voltage.

Now the things ive tried was to replace the Doser with a new one and replaced the DEF fluid filter, the little one thats behind the def tank. I had a computer guy check all connections all things checked out fine.

I am able to clear the code and it wont come on if drive the truck lightly, once ill start pushing it on hills or give high rpms it will throw out the same code and derate. thank you all in advance

I think once you replace doser injector you have to resetc it and do forced regen, because the computer still thinks it's old injector. Rawze has a video on this and explains what you have to do.

That was done, only lasted 400 miles then same thing

Are you talking about dpf dozer or def dozer that you replaced? Dpf dozer goes behind turbo and def dozer on scr tube.

Def doser , not the 7th injector behind the turbo

Did you clean out the scr tube where the dozer injector bolts up to? There's a thread started here titled cm2250 volcano
