Fan blowing air under cab and fuel tank top where is no fuel is always feels hot. Check temperature on the bottom of the tanks.

Just stopped to check it and driver side is cool but passenger side is hot.Tanks are just under 3/4 full and I touched towards the bottom.I can only hold my hands there for three seconds before it’s too hot to touch.
