| Cm2250 Rear Seal I ordered a new rear seal and it came with a plastic spacer? ring ( see pic). I am a little confused what this is for, Does this allow me to install the seal with a soft hammer instead of the special tool? | |||

| RE: Cm2250 Rear Seal The plastic spacer fits inside the seal installer and meets the flywheel housing to set the depth of the seal. Sure you could use it as-is with a hammer, but for the work involved in redoing it.... I would consider paying a mechanic, friend or dealer to come out with the right tools and install it correctly. | |||
