Rawze's words "improper installation" but now we're fixing it.
Also 1/2 rockers were under torqued 1/2 were over torqued and the plate on the injector cam isn't the updated plate that should have been used when overhauled.

reference to one that failed on someone else: http://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?t...21#pid1221

Yep, sounds like the same overhaul I received, no wonder your fuel mileage sucked... That plate too, they reinstalled on mine, it is very clear in Quickserve that this plate has to be replaced, one time use only. Good thing you are at Rawze's house.
And turbo actuator has a bad logic board and turbo itself sounds little rough sounds like a trip to yiyoto
And the charger cooler has a leak where the center section meets the outside section and it's only 2 months old damn rawze trying to bleed me dry death by 1000 cuts. Lol
Told you so... If there is anything wrong, Rawze WILL find it. Better get to the store for beer soon, going to be a long weekend.
I don't know if I could survive a weekend with Rawze!
So far probably 2k for turbo rebuild then some more for actuator bout 1800 for CAC and bout 100 for cams so far... Owell if needs be done it shall be done atleast head seems ok.
I think I was lucky, all considering, most everything externally on my motor and truck were in pretty good working order. He did catch a bad ground that I had missed, but other than that, everything was pretty straight, of course until we tore everything apart. Then the fun began... $$$$ A weekend would have been a breeze... A nice ocean breeze... Try 3+ months. Rawze made it all good, and it was an experience that I will remember for a lifetime. No regrets.
