CM2250 Code 2973

I truck file redone by Rawze back earlier this year. I put it in right after I did a overhaul if that matters. It has had code 2973 pretty much ever since. Clear it and it will come back.
New engine wiring harness (and barometric pressure sensor) with the rebuild and new MAP sensor also, turbo speed sensor seems to be working OK. Outside air temp sensor also seems to be reading correctly. Installed new air filters also.
Whenever the outside ambient air temp was high this summer it would lose power, otherwise it does not run noticeably different.
I loaded the original (bad deman file) in it for diagnostic purposes, and it does not come back.
Anything else I should be checking/changing?
