I would change them out ever 100k or so if you are mandated, I've created a thread for the parts for the X15 egr tuneup with pictures 500 is about right I paid 400 because I'm not finding the EGR temperature sensor anywhere but as long you change the 3 Pressure sensors you shouldn't have any issues.

Thank you! I'm heading to Peterbilt right now to pick them up. I know where the IMAP is located but I need to find the other three now.

You asked on page 1 "When should I have the overhead adjusted again?" I didn't see where anyone answered you. This just s why I said we adjust them yearly.

I took a look at your other thread. The IMAP is the only sensor that I know the location of.

I bought the other three but I'm not able to locate them yet.

I registered with cummins quickserve but I'm not sure what to download so I can locate the other three sensors. I'm assuming it's the maintenance manual for my engine?

Any help locating the other three sensors besides the IMAP would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

It's on the exhaust side above the exhaust manifold in front of the egr valve, one is on the thermostat housing and also has a tube directly below it going to the exhaust manifold that needs to be blown out with pressurized air.

Thank you!

I got all of those sensors replaced by myself, with the help of people here!

I'm not sure about that tube yet. I'll have to take another look at it.

What about that big tube that goes from the drivers side up over the top of the motor? Does that need to be blown out or cleaned also?

Thank you for your reply it has been a huge help!

Actually....I just found that tube. Thank you.

So you just blow pressurized air through it huh?

Can you tell me about any other things that need attention? Like maybe that big tube that goes across the top?

Thanks a lot for your help!
