my 04 isx lopes on start up at idle.but it does not do it all the time.the minute i touch the fuel pedal it goes away.solenoid?does not throw any codes.it also seems to run fine.mileage is also fine along with power.

Have ever checked the metering and timing actuators? There are a couple good posts on here. Rawze has instructions on how to check them. His is a cm871 but the same thing applies to your engine.

then they are notorious for that because of piss poor programming. They are one of the worst companies out there making shi#t engine destroying unstable tunes that anyone can waste their money on!.

And that is why I am trying to go straight and buy that 2017 Pete 386.i have see the error of my ways. Looked thru your videos and did not see one specifically for the fuel and timing a actuators. Did you cover them in a different video by chance. Thanks again for the help.

If it has a puke del program in it then back up the program in it and flash it back to factory, or try a different ECM (with factory programming) on it temporarily and see if the surging goes away so that you are not chasing ghosts due to crappy programming.
