Hi I have Cummins ISX CM2250 with code SA 0 SPN 3058 FMI 18 truck it’s been deleted and already replaced Delta pressure sensor

Google says...

Blockage, restrictions, or leaks in the EGR differential pressure sensor ports
Leaking EGR valve
Stuck open EGR valve
Malfunctioning EGR differential pressure sesnor.

Maybe an EGR Tuneup is warranted?

if it was demanded correctly there would be no EGR Dif alarms if im not mistaken. sounds like another truck that needs its program pulled/inspected and probably corrected by the real pros unless for some reason someone would leave the egr system on and only remove dpf.

Get the truck to Atlanta and let Mr Hagg fix it, before you need to in frame it. Hopefully there is something left to work with. Probably did a poor job on the cans, if they did anything at all to them.

get the program copied out of the ecm and e-mail it to me for an inspection. that would be my first recommendation. Until you can verify the integrity of the programming, your pissing in the wind and potentially driving an engine hell bent on destroying itself.

Ok I will do that
