If you know a spring shop, they can remove the 2 front springs and re arch the one that's dropped but often it's cheaper to just buy a new spring and replace it. Check engine front and rear mounts to make sure they arent worn, excessive wear in them can make the engine shift to the right harder upon acceleration and cause extra strain on the spring. Lifting off hard and fast through the first few gears often can cause the spring to wear faster on the passenger side.
