If you have someone else runs the test, make sure to find out exactly how many psi it loses and in how many seconds/minutes. Don't come back here and say "yea it passed" and not have the specifics lol :)

I meant the head of the fuel pump.. so that insite I bought is how I do the leak down test? I watched Rawls leak down video and been calling around for that tester..

Yea insite runs the test. What tester are you trying to find? You might have watched the leakdown test video for the 870/871, those engines use a bubble tester, you don't need that. all you need is insite, Rawze made a video of how to do the test for the common rail engines (cm2250 and newer) here it is.....

Ok so I watched that video but how do I test each injector? Is that in insite too.

For that you'll need the caps. Those you have to buy from cummins, you might not need them though. If it passes there's no need to cap injectors.

You will regret it !!!! No I've never used that particular brand but I can tell you that regardless of brand the ISX doesn't like aftermarket injectors, you've been warned.

Here's a heart warming story of someone who did not listen to that advice.

RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues
FYI, ran leak down and lost about 8600 psi. Ordered test caps. Also ran all the injector test in insite #1and #4 have an issue. I did run two full tanks of injector cleaner from Lucas and a good bit of power has returned and the motor is a lot quieter.
