| RE: No cruise and engine brake on 2012 Cascadia CM2250 Have you checked the clutch switch? You don't mention eliminating this. There is a switch that shuts c/c & Jake brake off when the clutch pedal is pressed. Insite will show its status? Open Insite->Data Monitor/Logger->Switches... This is the screen shot.
