Are those part numbers stamped on the outside of the bearing? I'm assuming verification for ALL bearings, correct?

Yes they are stamped on the outside of each bearing, I haven't yet opened the packaging of the main bearings, but the ONE rod bearing I have are:

3686435 Upper
3686436 Lower
