Everything Maxxforce summed up. People say what they do for good reason, and i know of several people who have gone out of business trying to make those lemons work. Only one guy I have known of liked his. it was de-mandated but he got rid of it at about 500k miles on it and the major repeating issues had set in. Personally, I think he just got real lucky because most did not even get 300k on them before they had to give up.

EGR and any emmissions related systems seems to have destroyed and plagued the n13 engine

At 500,000it started to mess up badly so good luck after that.

I probably didn't need to add this to this thread, but:

I was in a salvage yard looking for fuel tank straps for my ProStar. A new arrival in amongst all the smashed wrecks was a ProStar that wasn't in a wreck. No body damage at all. It had the MF decals on the hood though, that explained it all. The truck is worth more for parts than trying to fix it.
