RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues Got a couple questions. I’m looking at live data on insite. Looking at live temps, my coolant sensor shows 185 on dash and 419 on insite. And ambient temp shows 3214 on insite. Also what should intake temp be over ambient air temp mine show 237 and temp is 41 now it just dropped to -22 | |||

Been reading and think I found that isx15 has 2 coolant sensors one for ecm and one for gauge. Can cause a fueling issue when ecm thinks engine is hot. Same for ambient air sensor. Is the imap the only intake manifold temp sensor, or is there one hidden somewhere? I’m gonna stop by a shop and have them plug into it and see if I’m reading it right. Just got insite still seeing all I can do. | |||

RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues At shop now, yes barometric sensor is reading 3200f and intake is reading 200+. Getting a turbo actuator installed installed now” has coded and self cleared a few times. Again pressure tested intake to turbo took about 1min to loose 5psi. This lost power deal is pissing me off now new ecm new imap deltaP exh sensors.. guess I’m buying a new fuel system next | |||

This lost power deal is pissing me off now new ecm new imap deltaP exh sensors.. guess I’m buying a new fuel system next start by doing a full EGR tune-up, replacing all egr and intake sensors that are more than a couple years old. clean out the egr piping, etc.etc. check wiring harness to ensure its not rubbing thru somewhere too. RE: Peterbilt 2015 cm2350 list of issues It's a pump that makes as much as 30k psi. There are numerous places the system could be leaking internally and you'll never know unless you do the leakdown test. It takes about 5 minutes with insite. If you have someone else runs the test, make sure to find out exactly how many psi it loses and in how many seconds/minutes. Don't come back here and say "yea it passed" and not have the specifics lol :) | |||
