Still getting voltage below normal whenever boost gets too high

what is the actual fault code number(s)?. There might be an update related to it.

Truck says SPN-102 FM 17 Boost pressure
Insite : same code data valid but below normal operating range

Well it threw the same code again at the same point on the same pull. Now I’ve got a new code SPN 157 FMI 18 Injector metering rail 1 pressure-data valid but below normal operating range. Says it was just over 3000 psi under commanded pressure. Again no loss of power but it is running rough at idle and engine brake losses performance until I clear the codes. Everything is fine until the first big pull.

do an injector leak test same as ths video shows,,.... see if it passes...
info: https://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?...3#pid75483

also.. you need to find out exactly what fault code.. the actual cummins fault code(s), both active and inactive that show in Insite, and not those FMI SPN codes that are too generic for troubleshooting it with half the time.

Codes are 0559 & 6864, both inactive at the moment but my trailer broke down this morning so I haven’t done any good pulls. I’m going to have Insite connected tomorrow morning on the 1st big pull and hopefully catch it in an active state

you need to take code 559 VERY SERIOUSLY!!!>. Here is why...

RE: Boost pressure
You're missing the point, 0559 will go inactive then active as it occurs, could be a simple as a bad/leaking injector(s) and/or leaking injector tubes, pressure relief valve, or destructive fuel pump failure that will boat anchor your engine!! DON'T DRIVE IT UNTIL YOU VERIFY THE PUMP ISNT COMING APART INTERALLY!
