Our company Petes, the owner wants oil changes done around 27,000 miles pulling 140,000 lbs super b-trains. But most of the engines have needed a rebuild by 250,000 miles.
One of the guys did oil changes himself at about 17,000 miles or less and his truck went 450,000 lbs without being touched before getting traded off. Coincidence, I think not.

b-train? -- Probably about 4-5 mpg max. this means 8,000 mile oil change intervals.

My engine is a CM871. It is origionally a 435ST motor that has been set to 575 HP most of its life.
