We tried everything on #4 solenoid didn’t ohm out so we replaced it and the tube. Putting it back together now! Gonna rebuild the pump head while it down too.

The only non cummins injectors we use are genuine Bosch injectors from Bosch authorized sellers. In certain applications they can be up to 75% cheaper (rare) than buying through Cummins, Peterbilt, Dodge, etc.

How do you test the fuel actuator.. still having low power and sometimes engine noise under load.

Moniter the fuel rail with insite while driving, watch the commanded and actual pressures they should be relatively close.

As far as the pump actuator goes, when unplugged it will default the pump to max pressure. Unplug it and see if you notice a difference. Don't drive it thousands of miles like that though.
