I see that if I click on the "New Reply" link it gives better formatting option including add a file.
Maybe try to add your video file and see if it will upload.
Or maybe one of the experts on Rawze can provide some guidance...

Files are too big to upload directly.
How to use cloud drive to share files. I did but forgot how.
